Ensuring bankable, credible & sustainable outcomes
Ensuring bankable, credible & sustainable outcomes
Since 2997, Prizma has delivered over 25 public and in-house short courses on IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles (EP2) and GRI's sustainability reporting framework in Canada, China, Panama, Peru, UK, USA and Venezuela. These courses support those involved in project design & planning, and project finance & corporate development activities. They help project developers and their consultants to design, implement, document and communicate their activities in line with with good international practice and stakeholder expectations (often defined as meeting IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles and GRI's sustainability reporting framework).
We also conduct in-house workshops and coaching to assist project sponsors to design bankable ESIA scoping reviews, stakeholder analysis and engagement, resettlement action plans (RAP), public consultation and disclosure plans (PCDP), community development plans (CDP), biodiversity offset plans (BDO), community health impact assessments (HIA), and CSR/Sustainability reporting using GRI's framework.
We welcome an opportunity to discuss how Prizma can support your organization's effectiveness in order to make your projects more bankable, credible and sustainable.
